Coaching is not therapy; it does not deal with mental health issues. Coaching helps people to increase awareness and mental growth, through the exploration of needs, motivations, and desires.

A coach observes, listen and ask questions to understand the clients’ situation, facilitate their own reflections and solutions, and encourage them to set up goals and commit to their action plan.

Only professional certified coaches can offer coaching standards and are committed to a code of ethics,  designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct.
